I relied on my first grade art skills and used my scissors and glue stick to assemble this character out of different colors of construction paper. I had fun doing this one. This is one of the few non-digital pieces I've done recently.

Whenever I start looking at other people's blogs again, I'm humbled and inspired by the amazing level of creativity out there. It lights a fire under my pants and makes me want to develop more material and do my own updates. Thanks for all your great comments and for checking in regularly!

Arts and crafts! Wonderful piece - makes me want to use that technique.

I know what you mean by "humbled and inspired by the amazing level of creativity out there" - I feel like that all the time. Yes, and definitely when I visit your stuff.

This has got to be one of may favorites. I really appreciate the 3-dimensionality of it. Plus grumpy ol' men really crack me up. Thanks for all your recent posts. --MJ
